Yoga With Agi

Agatha is a trauma informed yoga and meditation facilitator who prides herself in offering safe spaces that guide you towards change, renewal and trust in your body, mind and heart. Her yoga classes are for all bodies, offering support, and modifications that encourage you to listen to what you need in the moment. Agatha teaches from a heart space and hopes to invite you closer to your own. She loves bringing these practices to the Western Sydney community.

A 10 week cycle of Yoga with Agi – offering a mix of gentle hatha/vinyasa flow & yin classes in her space in South Wentworthville.  Every Wednesday at 6.30pm

SOFTEN SUNDAYS (JULY – SEPTEMBER) 
Give yourself the space to soften on a Sunday with the practice of Yin.
Shapes to help you soften, and begin the week in a weightless heartfelt manner.
